The artists’ works are presented on the site were made in different techniques: oil painting, acril, tempera, encaustic, sculpture, decoratid applied art, batik (avtor techique).
WE: tao of Love. Once God created man to be indivisible and bisexual. And man was called WE and was perfect in the stream of universal love. WE was divided into men and women, they were scattered all over the earth and shuffled – by Passion.
Ever since they are called – I. They wander through their life in quest of their second half, destroy themselves in passion and create verses and painting about the unrealizable – about Love. So the legend says.

The Kramatorsk artists Marina KNYAZEVA and Kostya KNYAZEV can be called by the primary name, WE.
WE – this means Marina’s travel from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to Lvov and serpentine Afgan roads which Kostia had to walk through.
WE means birth and death, meetings and partings, a single spiral of creation for two.

They are full of contrast… Their works combine passionate encaustic, painting, penetrating like search for the truth, fathomless mysteries of batiks, laconic revelations of bas-reliefs and mosaics.
They are indivisible… The affectionate Marina is the soul of Kostya, resistant to difficulties. Kostya, persevering in quest, is the essence of the silent Marina.
They express their soul differently but feel equally correctly the passionate Yang and the wise Ing. They create life which is the harmony of prose. And – paintings, the poetry of love.

	KONSTANTIN KNYAZEV
	was born in 1963 in Kramatorsk, Ukraine. He graduated from the state Institute of Applied and Decorative art in Lvov in 1993y. (department “Monumental painting”). Since 1993 he has taken part in different exhibitions.

Konstantin Knyazev’s art reflects his philosophical idea of attitude to life in which as two sides of the medal tragedy and comedy are inseparably linked.
The problems of faith and unbelief, cross and sword, flow of the Time’s river and feeling of moment divergence of ideals in which our reality is rich. All of this you can find in his paintings. His works he divides into verticality and horizontality. He depicts a man as opposition of good and evil, of hell end paradise: as wanderer-fugitive, good-seeker.

MARINA KNYAZEV
was born in 1964 in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. She graduated Applied Art College in Vizhnitsa in 1984. She graduated from the state Institute of Applied and Decorative art in Lvov in 1993y. (department “Artistic textile”). Since 1993y. she has taken part in different exhibitions.

Her painting is unstable, intuitive, energetic. ARTIST MARINA KNYAZEVA. Acril, tempera, decoratid applied art, batik.
The artist strives for to reproduce spiritual essence of the things, to shape those thinds which can’t have it; she depicts those things which can’t be seen love, sacrifice, immorality of soul,fate gratitude. Feeling of “universal, space” doesn’t leave the artist. There is neither good not evil in her works. Her paintings are as glorification and pain, clearing and development; as approval of fumbler: only wander and wander… They are as trembling of stars in the dark water, under which another world flows and under it – another one etc. – into eternity.
